What are the requirements to move in?
To qualify for housing, all applicants must:
Pass a background check (no sex offenses or violent crimes)
Pass a credit check
Provide proof of income
Have no active addictions or dishonorable discharge
Agree to no pets, no smoking, and no more than 2 people per room
We do monthly professional cleanings and provide fully furnished homes with Wi-Fi and utilities included.

Who is eligible to apply for this housing?
We prioritize:
Veterans referred by VA caseworkers

Is the home furnished and are utilities included?
Yes. Each room is fully furnished and includes Wi-Fi, utilities, and basic household supplies. No extra fees. One flat monthly rate.
How does the application process work?
1. Choose Your Home & Apply
Select your preferred home and submit your application along with the non-refundable $100 application fee. You’ll receive an approval or denial via email within 48 hours.
2. Pay Your Deposit (If Approved)
If you're approved, your required deposit will range between $300 and one full month’s rent, depending on the results of your background, credit, and income verification.
3. Move-In & Begin Payment
Your first prorated monthly payment will be due on your official move-in date. This covers your housing, utilities, Wi-Fi, and furnishings — no hidden fees.
Is the home regularly cleaned or inspected?
Yes. A professional cleaning crew visits the property once a month to tidy and ensure upkeep. Inspections are also conducted regularly to maintain safety and cleanliness.
Can couples or families move in?
Each room is limited to two individuals max. No exceptions, to maintain comfort and safety for all residents.
Are pets allowed?
No. To preserve cleanliness and accommodate all residents, we have a no-pets policy across all properties.
