Select your preferred home and submit your application along with the non-refundable $100 application fee. You’ll receive an approval or denial via email within 48 hours.
2. Pay Your Deposit (If Approved)
If you're approved, your required deposit will range between $300 and one full month’s rent, depending on the results of your background, credit, and income verification.
3. Move-In & Begin Payment
Your first prorated monthly payment will be due on your official move-in date. This covers your housing, utilities, Wi-Fi, and furnishings — no hidden fees.
Yes. A professional cleaning crew visits the property once a month to tidy and ensure upkeep. Inspections are also conducted regularly to maintain safety and cleanliness.
Each room is limited to two individuals max. No exceptions, to maintain comfort and safety for all residents.
No. To preserve cleanliness and accommodate all residents, we have a no-pets policy across all properties.
